How much does an aluminium pergola cost in the UAE?
The short answer
In the UAE, a fixed-louvre aluminium pergola typically costs about AED 850–1,300 per m², and a motorised bioclimatic pergola about AED 1,600–3,000 per m², before VAT. Options such as LED lighting, zip screens and a wood-effect finish add to the price. Every project is confirmed after a free site visit.

What changes the price
Pergola type
Motorised bioclimatic louvres cost roughly twice as much as fixed louvres, because of the motor, rotating blades and integrated drainage.
Size and span
Larger spans need stronger beams and sometimes extra posts. Price per m² usually drops slightly as the area grows.
Wall-mounted or freestanding
A freestanding pergola needs four or more posts and footings, which adds about 10%.
Finish
Standard RAL powder coating is included. Wood-effect finishes add about 25%.
Options
LED lighting, motorised zip screens on the open sides, and rain and wind sensors are priced per item.
