A good car shade protects more than paint. In UAE summers a car parked in the sun can reach cabin temperatures that crack dashboards and drain batteries; under a shade it stays cooler, cleaner and ready to drive.
We plan every shade around your cars and your space: one or two cars at a villa, a row against a boundary wall, or a car park with two rows back to back for an office, school or compound. The structure is made in our Sharjah workshop and installed by our own team.

Types & options
Cantilever car shade
Posts stand only at the back of the parking bays and an arm carries the roof over the car. The most popular choice in the UAE because every door opens freely.
Double cantilever (two rows)
One line of posts between two rows of cars parked back to back, with arms on both sides. Used for offices, malls, schools and compounds.
Pyramid car shade
A pyramid of fabric over each car, carried from posts behind the bays. A classic look for villas.
Arch car shade
Curved steel arches with tensioned fabric. Soft lines that suit modern and traditional villas.
Tensile sail shade
Twisted, high-and-low sails in PVC or PVDF membrane for an architectural statement.
Four-post and wall-mounted frames
Economical frames on posts at the front and back, or fixed to your boundary wall on one side.
Aluminium carport
A powder-coated aluminium frame with a flat roof, aluminium slats or polycarbonate. Rust-free and ideal near the sea.

Which type of car shade is best for a villa?
Most villas choose a cantilever shade: the posts stand behind the cars, so nothing blocks the doors or the driveway. Against a boundary wall, a wall-mounted or cantilever shade works well; for a modern look, an aluminium carport.
HDPE, PVC or PVDF: which fabric should I choose?
HDPE shade net lets air through and blocks up to 95% of UV; it is the most economical and stays cool. PVC is fully waterproof and gives full shade. PVDF is a premium, self-cleaning membrane with the longest life.
How high should a car shade be?
The lowest point is usually 2.5 m, which clears large SUVs. For vans, pickups with roof racks or delivery vehicles we raise it to 3 m or more.
Do I need a permit for a car shade?
Shades inside a villa plot follow the municipality's building rules. Shades on the street in front of a villa need a permit: in Dubai through the RTA and in Abu Dhabi through the DMT. We prepare the drawings and help with the approval.
Do you build car shades for companies and compounds?
Yes. We build car parks with one or two rows for offices, schools, malls and residential compounds, with bulk prices for larger projects, company colours and logo printing.
